EXPIRED LISTING
There are few things that a seller wants less than to have his or her listing expire.
"After all those showings, all that cleaning, all that inconvenience and for what.......no sale. Houses around the corner and down the street sold, but mine didn't. What went wrong?"
It is pretty easy to get discouraged when this happens. The fact is that listings expire all the time, so this story isn't really all that uncommon.
Most listings expire for the same reason, and, perhaps surprisingly, it isn't the price.
